Affiliates in Urology provides comprehensive urological care to patients in southeastern Michigan. Dr. Mahmood Hai began the practice at our Westland, Michigan office in 1976. Dr. Muzammil Ahmed joined the practice in 1998. Dr. Vijay Kotha joined the practice in early 2007. Dr Kashif Siddiqi and Dr Amarnath Rambhatla joined in 2012. All of our urologists are board certified and hail from some of the best hospitals and universities in the country.
At Affiliates in Urology, we offer state-of-the-art services for adult and pediatric problems, and are dedicated to providing you with the best possible care.
We are experiencing very high call volumes for scheduling, messages and tests results. It may take 24-72 hours for non-urgent requests and questions to be answered. - Enlarged prostate (also called BPH or benign prostatic hyperplasia)

- Urologic cancers (prostate cancer, bladder cancer, kidney cancer, and testicular cancer)
- Prostatitis or prostate infection
- Urinary tract infections (UTI)
- Impotence/Erectile dysfunction
- Kidney stones
- Infertility, including vasectomy reversal
- Bloody urine (hematuria)

For your convenience, medical care is available in Urdu/Hindi, Arabic, and English. Our office hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Affiliates in Urology is currently accepting new patients.
